I had a loaner car with a full tank of gas and anticipated to be back in my car in a couple of days. It did take about ten days with the part needed for repair came in being the wrong part. No problem with that. It did take a couple of days longer to get the right part and then I was on my way. I returned the rental car with about 40 miles left on their tank of gas. Thanks for supplying me with the car. Overall It was a good experience with you. Frank

I told Crystal I was there for my appt. for an oil change and air in the tires. (These tires needs air about every other week) She looked on the computer and said the tires needed to be rotated. There is also a recall but I have not received a letter but I need to bring it back for that since it was late in the day. I appreciate her taking the time to look that up and informing me.

MY WATER LEAK PROBLEM COMING THROUGH THE INSTRUMENT PANEL & ALSO COMING DOWN FORM UNDER THE IP LEAKING TO THE FLOOR BELOW THE BRAKE PEDAL AREA ON MY 2014 CAD CTS … IN FOR THE SECOND TIME FOR THIS PROBLEM WITH THE LAST VISIT TAKING (12) DAYS TO FIGURE OUT "A LEAKING WINDSHIELD" - DID NOT KEEP A SMILE ON ED'S FACE!! THEY DID FIND THE PROBLEM , REPLACED THE WINDSHIELD (THAT WAS LEAKING) AND KEPT ME UP WITH INFO ALL THRU THE PROCESS. TO DATE THE PROBLEM SEEMS TO HAVE BEEN SOLVED. THANK YOU MYRTLE BEACH CADILLAC - ED SABO / REPEAT CUSTOMER SINCE 2011
